Bolivian Elections

Ah polling... "80% of the rural areas are in support of 'X'." Did you go there and ask them? "Well no, but I asked my cousin, who asked his sister, who gets her apples from a guy who's dad, a fisherman, knows a guy who often goes into the rural areas..."
That aside, it seems they have designed a system that will function well. I think the split of power in Congress will be benefitial. I suppose the next 5 years will tell.
