Immigration abuses in Boulder

It's frustrating to hear of immigration abuses like this. Right here in Boulder. Even legal immigrants on temporary work visas often have no recourse when mistreated by employers, because losing their job means losing their visa.

Our immigration laws need reform, no matter what side of the aisle you happen to sit on.

That's a lousy deal for those immigrants. And it's not as if they could just quit and go find a better job, they are treated like wage slaves bound to those sleazy restaurants. Whether you're a citizen or not the Declaration of Independence says "All men are created equal" - so we should rewrite immigration policy with that in mind.

This is an interesting topic to ponder.....are all men created equal? In most of the world I would ague that the general impression is no, should they be -yes.

Surely we must amend our immigration policy to acknowledge the rights of the large number of legal and illegal migrants working in our country.

We need to do something about this. Though this are illegal immigrants, they do deserve to have good jobs and be treated fairly.
Is congress doing anything about this?

Every one is equal, just because there immigrants does not mean they deserve this type of treatment. They should at least be allowed to find a new job that treats them decently.

I find this to be a real debatable issue because numerous states and the federal system have been devising methods to coupe with this issue.
